— DEFINITION

The AI Readiness Audit is a two-week diagnosis that answers one question: is your company ready to implement AI. We assess processes, data, IT architecture, teams, governance, strategy, the ROI framework and change management, eight areas in total, one hundred points.

What you get after two weeks

  • A list of 10-15 priority blockers (with their business cost)
  • An AI implementation roadmap (12-24 months, stage by stage)
  • A list of 5-10 quick wins (processes ready for AI right away)
  • An executive summary for the board (8-12 slides)
  • A 60-minute presentation of the findings for C-level
