Do you replace the client's IT department?

No. We strengthen the client's team and transfer AI know-how. After 6-12 months the client's team should be self-sufficient in AI.

How many people from our side are involved?

Usually one senior AI engineer from yesfor.ai works with 1-3 developers on the client side. Larger teams mean a larger quote.

Is this production (on-call) support?

Not by default. Support runs during business hours over Slack/email. On-call (24/7) is a separate module, priced individually.

Do you require a framework agreement?

Yes, a minimum of 3 months (one month is too short to build context). After 3 months the agreement is monthly, with one month's notice.
